Fieldglass time5/7/2023 When their SAP Fieldglass user accounts have been successfully registered, they will be able to sign in with their new usernames and passwords. Once new users are established, they will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to register their SAP Fieldglass account. It is the responsibility of the Supplier Account Manager, not the Purchaser or SAP Fieldglass, to add additional Supplier Users. The Supplier Account Manager is set up as an Administrator in the SAP Fieldglass framework and can add additional Supplier Users as needed. Registration emails are sent to the main contact (provider account manager) provided by the purchaser service. After the CAA has been signed, an invitation to register for the SAP Fieldglass application will be sent. A supplier company must sign a Fieldglass Contractor Access Agreement (CAA) before the supplier’s account can be created.
